你最爱吃的“小龙虾”用英语怎么说?

三伏天!

唯一能吸引我出门的,

就只有可爱又迷人的小龙虾了!

那么!

作为一个可爱又迷人的口语主创!

在吃虾的时候怎么能忘记和大家分享…

小龙虾的英文呢?哈哈

小龙虾可不是:小的~龙虾!

龙虾:lobster (Nephropidae/ni'frɔpidi: // Homaridae /'hɔmərədi:/海蜇虾科)

Lobsters have long bodies with muscular tails, and live in crevices /'krɛvɪs/(裂缝,裂隙)or burrows /'bɝro/(洞穴) on the sea floor.

正宗小龙虾(人家是淡水的freshwater):

crayfish/crawfish

Crayfish are freshwater crustaceans /krʌˈsteɪʃən/(甲壳纲动物) resembling small lobsters.

(但是点单的时候不要说small lobster哦,很有可能端上来就是几只较小的大大大龙虾。。。)


Summer is the best time for eating crayfish. People usually order a bucket of two of it and eat with no chopsticks but gloves. Iced beer (冰啤酒)is the perfect drink to go with the spicy crayfish.

夏天和三五好友,剥小龙虾喝啤酒,还有什么比这更畅快的事情?!你说!


剥虾这件事:


1. take the claw off and eat the meat in it by twisting off the joint.

2. screw off the head & hold the tail and pull out the “black line”.

3. take the shell off.


How do we cook spicy crayfish?(“弗兰”人来告诉你)


1. take the head off and pull out the “black line”.(扭头!去虾线)

2. marinate /'mærɪnet/(腌) the cray fish in cooking wine and add some liqueur to romove the fishy smell.(腌制!去腥味!)

3.cut peppers,scallions(葱) and garlics into small pieces and gingers into slices.(切料)

4. stir-fry the marinated crayfish for 5 minutes until the crayfish turns into brght red.(爆炒虾)

5. fry the crayfish with pepper and thick broad-bean sauce(豆瓣酱) ;add garlics and .scallions before turning off the heat.(炒料!)

6. pour water or chicken soup in and braise the crayfish until the sauce is thickened.(倒入汤汁,收汁!)


哈哈,一锅口味虾出锅啦~
